At Korean-Skincare, your satisfaction and skin health are our top priorities. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history, or email our support team with your order number to start the return process.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the items are in their original, unopened packaging and securely pack them in a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
